However, it wasn’t until after completing the grueling challenge that she stumbled upon an astonishing realization: she had the option to sit.

“I had no idea I could sit while cooking. It was only after completing the challenge that I discovered this,” admitted Hilda, reflecting on her momentous accomplishment.
Limited resources during her initial research prompted Hilda to document the entire process meticulously. With only three videos available online, she based her decision to stand on the footage she found. Little did she know that there was a clip of the previous record holder sitting, a revelation she encountered post-marathon.

“Upon reviewing the videos, the previous chef appeared to be standing. It was only later that I stumbled upon a clip of her sitting. Until now, perhaps no one believed it was possible to stand for 100 hours while cooking. But now that it has been done, it proves that standing is possible and attainable,” Hilda explained.
