Born Johnson Elikem Kondobrey, MEGA EJ, is a Ghanaian artist and songwriter who has been horning his talent and craft since his days in high school.
He would take his time to learn the ropes of singing and writing until his full transition to professional performances. Mega also doubles as an instrumentalist with the piano being his first love which he employed in refining his craft.
MEGA EJ’s journey to success has been marked by challenges, but his persistent determination has been the linchpin for his ongoing achievements.
He draws inspiration from various genres, including R&B, Reggae, Jazz, and Rap. MEGA EJ envisions sharing stages with artists like Lucky Daye, Saint Jhn, Chronixx, Worlasi, and Nasty C.
His songwriting process is characterized by spontaneity, allowing creative juices to flow seamlessly. Since releasing his debut single in 2018, MEGA EJ has consistently delivered personal EPs, collaborated on an EP, and achieved charting success with an album in 2021.
His latest EP, “Amber,” embodies a sense of softness and tranquility. MEGA EJ aims to headline arenas globally and see his music have an impact on the lives of others as others have done to him.
